With interior doors, staircases and banisters this lovely house is ready for your own decoration. York House is 33"high 23"wide and 14"deep, made from MDF weight is 19kgs. 

This is a super starter house is  also suitable for the serious collector, with scope to make it into your dream home 

This house comes flat packed with full easy to build instructions. We will build this house for only £10.00  (collection only or free delivery to local area's.) If you buy electric light fitting for your house at the same time as you buy the house we will fit the lighting FREE OF CHARGE (Wall lights only), ask for details.
