Dolls houses are collected by many people as  scale models, usually 12th scale, although 24th and 16th are available to order. Kite marked items for  the smaller child are available, see our  Child Friendly Page, and they can also be used as a starting point for the adult collector. Furniture and Accessories  start at  budget prices up to the collectors item.

Houses Basements and Buildings

Most of our houses come in flat pack kit form for self assembly, or we can have them built, painted and decorated for you.

You can choose the exterior, colour of paint, textured or papered finish etc. If you wish, the interior can be painted and/or papered and/or lighting installed

Cheques and postal orders are also accepted. We will always refund on return to us any item our customers are not happy with. item must be returned to us in a well packed resalable condition within 14 days of receiving the item. sorry we cannot refund postage on returning items

Assistance

We ourselves have built most of the houses we supply and although all arrive with  detailed building instructions, extra help is only a phone call away. Or call at  the shop to discuss your construction.

Christmas Club

We operate a reservation service  where you may leave a deposit and we will keep the items for up to three months or until a chosen date. You may pay off the balance weekly or  monthly. 

Ordering

If there is any specific item we do not have in stock, we will endeavor to acquire it for you. Any discounts we run  at the time of ordering still apply.

Delivery

Delivery is from £1.49 for small items to a maximum P & P charge of  £4.99 for multiple items of furniture and accessories. (UK price only. Please contact us for worldwide P&P charges) (excluding houses). Houses (flat pack) are £10.00 and built houses are for collection or delivery to be negotiated( free local delivery)

We offer free local delivery for houses and items over £40.00.

Sales & Purchase

All orders are subject to availability of goods 

Delivery

Goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of order or a message will be added to the Buyers order explaining the delay . Delivery of goods shall be deemed to have been duly effected by the Seller in the case of the goods being collected by the Buyer, or when the goods are signed for at the delivery address. The title of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has received payment in full for all goods supplied. 

Prices and Payment

Whilst endeavoring to maintain prices, the Seller reserves the right to alter prices without notice. The prices are inclusive of the applicable value added tax. If full payment is not received by the Seller on or before the due date, this being the date of dispatch, then without prejudice to it’s rights the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order and or suspend the delivery of that or subsequent orders. Some items may differ slightly from the published photographs 

Cancellation of Orders

Buyers may cancel their orders by e-mail only, quoting the order reference, number within 4 hours of placing their order after which time the order will be being prepared for dispatch. Notice of revisions will be posted here.

Payments

Payment by Pay Pal, cheque or postal order. If paying by cheque,  items will be posted when cleared. Small items will be sent by Royal mail second class, House by courier, unless otherwise stated.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, Proof of posting is always obtained. Customers in Europe please email for postage.

Damages, Shortages and Non Delivery

Damages and shortages must be notified to the Seller by e-mail or in writing within 7 days of delivery, otherwise, no claim against the Seller may be made in respect of such matters. Non delivery of goods must be notified to the Seller by e-mail or in writing within 14 days of the of the dispatch date on the order record. Please allow 8 working days for the delivery

Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with any item from  House of Cards  you may return it within 7 days in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.  Your are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. For your own protection we advise using recorded post when returning goods. When we receive the goods back in perfect condition we will refund you for the cost of the goods and shipping. If the goods are not in perfect condition we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee. The liability of the return of the goods rests with the customer. We cannot accept back personalized goods
