The Gingerbread comes flat-packed and has six rooms including the attics. The inside has staircases to all floors. This house takes aprox. one hour only  to build and looks very attractive when completed with it's veranda and tiled roof. 

Gingerbread is 27”High x 21”wide x 16” deep. The flat-pack for collection is 28”x19”x8" 

The completed Gingerbread pictured is an example of our finished houses. Prices are available on request 

This house comes flat packed with full easy to build instructions. We will build this house free for collection only or free delivery to local area's. If you buy electric light fitting for you house at the same time as you buy the house we will fit the lighting FREE OF CHARGE (Wall lights only), ask for details.
