1st and 2nd floor rooms are identical, being:
1 room @ 285 x 332 x 200mm (11.25 x 13.25 x 8 inches)
1 room @ 360 x 332 x 200mm (14.25 x 13.25 x 8 inches)
The attic rooms are the same dimensions except that the ceiling is sloped.

Elm House Basement

Basement
A front opening basement to fit Elm Cottage. This addition to Elm Cottage makes it difficult to choose. As with the other new basements it features our very special railings and steps down to the lower door.

This front hinged basement comes complete with bays, steps, railings, sashes, cills and lintels.

Decorating
The inner door can be obtained by ordering DH054. It is recommended that decoration should be completed before assembly.
