All of our houses are suitable, when built for children over 36 months. Most of the furniture and accessories are scale models for adult collectors. All the items on this page are kite marked as suitable for children over 36 months.

Meadow Cottage

This lovely starter home for the younger house owner is fully decorated inside and out, has opening windows, shutters and doors. With three floors including the attic. We will build this house free of charge if required.

Pear Tree Farmhouse

Another lovely starter from the Dolls House Emporium. Building these houses take less than an hour but if you are unsure we would be happy to build either house for you free of charge. (free local delivery)

Primrose Cottage

From The Dolls House Workshop, Primrose Cottage comes to you unpainted, flat packed for your own construction and decoration. With 4 main rooms and 2 attic rooms. Depth 400mm x Width 700mm x Height 650mm

2 sets of stairs give access to all floors and the windows are machined into the fronts which give a stronger window frame for little fingers.

The house is manufactured with the fronts, sides, roof and base in 9mm MDF. The inner walls and floors are in 6mm MDF. 2 chimneys and 2 stairs complete this ready to assemble kit. Instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper are included.
